Murchison Falls national park, locally referred to as Kaballega National Park lies in the Albertine River basin which is Uganda’s oldest safari park and the largest. Murchison lies about 305km north of Kampala within the Masindi district and is accessible via road and air. Murchison Falls National Park has 76 diverse mammals and 451 birds. Murchison Falls Nature Reserve comprises Bugungu Karuma Wild Life Reserve, Wildlife Reserve and Murchison Falls Nationalpark.

En-route visit to Murchison falls national park you will visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – the only place where you can see Rhinos in Uganda.
Day 1: First-day dinner and overnight stay at Heritage Safari Lodge or Pakuba Safari Lodge
Day 2: Game Drive, Boat Safari & Falls Hike. After breakfast experience site-seeing some of the big five including lions, buffaloes and elephants. Giraffes are a common sight including other small game like antelopes, impalas and primates like the baboons.
After lunch Having lunch and in the afternoon, go for a boat safari/cruise on the park’s unique Murchison falls where you will come up close with hippos and a serried range of giant crocodiles. The launch cruise also presents bird viewing opportunities.
As you get to the bottom of the falls, you will get off the boat and take on the hike from the bottom to the top of the falls giving you the opportunity to see Uhuru falls
After King travel will transfer you back to the lodge for Dinner and overnight at your accommodation
Day 3:Enjoy breakfast at leisure and a transit game drive as you exit the park and proceed with the drive back to Kampala to your hotel or airport
